Many church leaders around the world have never had an opportunity to finish high school. Consequently many distance education programs are developed through traditional correspondence, extension models and on-line web based learning.
| Courses at our GlobalEd Bible Schools are offered in many languages and at many levels, making Theological Education and Leadership Development available to thousands! Our students come to us from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. Along with Bible knowledge we also train and educate in other disciples of Christian life, administration, life skills, management, agriculture, health and hygiene, HIV/AIDS, community relations, as well as civil responsibility. As we help transform a few, they will go on to transform countless others! |

Diploma Programs
There are thousands of pastors, particularly in Africa, with little or no theological training. Many have never attended high school and wouldn’t qualify for degrees. Therefore across Africa and parts of India/Asia, Bible Colleges have been established to train these functioning pastors and untrained leaders. Extension programs have also been established in countries like Ethiopia, Kenya and Mozambique that are using in-service methods to train thousands of pastors.

Degree Programs
A growing number of prospective pastors in the majority world are able to get a high school education. They will be pastors in urban contexts, among the growing educated elites. They are needed to address parishioners who are themselves more and more educated and working in multinational companies in an increasingly globalized world. Most of our colleges in Africa and Asia operate at both the diploma and degree levels.

Graduate Study Opportunities
Leadership training is needed to facilitate Christians to lead in various capacities. Filling pulpits with very educated congregations, Christian leaders are also in positions of Church administrative leadership, theological education, community roles and business. Christian leaders should excel, and this requires training programs that leads toward advanced degrees. The PAOC works in cooperative fellowship with schools to facilitate this kind of training. A prime example of this is Pan Africa Christian University in Kenya East Africa.
